Welcome to Ailyak Cafe & Stays! By booking and staying at our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Booking and Payment
- All bookings require an advance payment to secure the reservation. Full payment must be completed prior to check-in.
- Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if necessary.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Violation of this policy may result in a penalty.
- Guests are requested to respect the tranquility of the property and other guests.
- Liability
- Ailyak Cafe & Stays is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are advised to take necessary precautions for their safety and belongings.
- Pets
- Pets are allowed at some of our properties, subject to prior confirmation. Guests are responsible for the care and supervision of their pets.
- Right to Refusal
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
