By booking and staying at our properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Booking and Payment<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All bookings require an advance payment to secure the reservation. Full payment must be completed prior to check-in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-In and Check-Out<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guest Responsibilities<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Violation of this policy may result in a penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are requested to respect the tranquility of the property and other guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Liability<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ailyak Cafe &amp; Stays is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guests are advised to take necessary precautions for their safety and belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pets<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pets are allowed at some of our properties, subject to prior confirmation.
